Fixed

• Gallery pricing customization now scrolls — When customizing print pricing for a gallery in the share dialog, the longer product list could run past the screen with no way to reach the lower options. The dialog now scrolls so every size and price is reachable.

Fixed

• All photos now load in a folder — Galleries with more than 50 photos previously stopped at the first 50. The gallery now loads more automatically as you scroll — in folders, search results, and people views.

Fixed

• Large uploads no longer fail in bulk — Dropping many files at once now uploads them in controlled batches, so big batches (100+ photos) complete reliably instead of timing out.
• Accurate upload progress — The upload indicator now reflects real progress and only disappears when every file has finished, instead of filling instantly while uploads continued in the background.
• Folder drag no longer flickers — Dragging a folder over the gallery shows a steady drop overlay instead of rapidly blinking.

Added

• Open to everyone — Sharable Art is out of early access. Anyone can now create an account with email and password or sign up with Google.

• New homepage — The “coming soon” placeholder is gone, replaced with the full sharable.art landing page.

• Drop overlay stuck after upload — The “Drop photos or folders to upload” overlay no longer remains visible after a multi-file drop completes.
• Event Display on password-protected galleries — The full-screen Event Display now respects gallery passwords. If you haven’t entered the password yet, it sends you back to the gallery to log in first.

• Sign in with Google — Google sign-in is back on the login page.

• Password reset for Google users — Forgot-password emails now work for accounts originally created with Google. After resetting, you can sign in with either email or Google.

• Face Detection in Production — Fixed face detection failing in production due to missing glibc by switching the Docker production image from Alpine to Debian slim.

• Folder Actions Inside a Folder — The folder context menu (AI Tag, Detect Faces, and other actions) is now accessible from inside a folder, not just from the parent folder view.

• Face Detection in Docker — Resolved an issue where face detection failed to run in Docker environments.

Added

• AI Feature Toggles — AI auto-tagging and face detection are now opt-in. Enable them from Account Settings to automatically process new uploads, or run them on-demand from any folder’s context menu.
• Folder-Level AI Actions — Right-click any folder to “AI Tag” or “Detect Faces” on all photos inside. Processing runs in the background with a toast notification showing how many photos are queued.

• AI processing defaults to off — New and existing accounts start with auto-tagging and face detection disabled. Enable them in Account > AI Features when you’re ready.

• QR Code Sharing — Generate QR codes for any share link. Download as a standalone image or a printable 4×6” card with the gallery name and QR code, perfect for event handouts. Available from the Shared Links page and the share dialog.
• Event Display Mode — Full-screen kiosk view for projectors and tablets at events. Shows a large scannable QR code alongside a photo slideshow. Press F for fullscreen. Access from the “Event Display” button on any shared gallery.

• Mobile Lightbox — Secondary actions (download, save, print) now collapse into an overflow menu on mobile, keeping the lightbox top bar clean.
• Mobile Touch Targets — Enlarged interactive elements on shared gallery thumbnails for easier tapping on touch devices. Action buttons and overlays now appear without requiring hover.
• Safe Area Support — Bottom bars (print cart, proofing selection) and lightbox now respect iPhone safe area insets so content doesn’t overlap the home indicator.
• Password Entry — Mobile keyboard now shows a “Go” button when entering gallery passwords, and supports password autofill.

• Face Detection & People View — Faces are now automatically detected in uploaded photos using on-device AI. Detected faces are grouped into clusters so you can browse your gallery by person. Available on Pro and Agency plans.
• People Tab in Dashboard — A new "People" tab shows all detected face clusters as circular avatar thumbnails. Click a person to filter your gallery to just their photos. Rename people inline and hide clusters you don't need.
• Face Filtering in Shared Galleries — Shared gallery visitors can filter photos by person using a horizontal face filter bar. Makes it easy for event guests to find their own photos.
• Face Count Badge — Photo cards now show a small badge indicating how many faces were detected in each image.
• Merge Face Clusters — When the same person is split into two clusters, merge them together with a single action.

• Create Orders for Clients — Photographers on the Agency plan can now place print orders on behalf of their clients directly from the dashboard. Select photos from your galleries, choose products and sizes, enter the client’s shipping address, and pay at cost (lab + platform fee + shipping). Clients receive an order confirmation email with tracking updates.

Fixed

• Print Store Fee Calculation — Fixed an issue where the platform wasn’t retaining enough from print sales to cover lab production and shipping costs. Photographer earnings now correctly reflect the retail price minus platform commission and lab costs.

• Double-Tap to Zoom — Double-tap any photo in the lightbox to zoom in to full resolution, then drag to pan around the image. Double-tap again to zoom back to fit. Works on shared galleries and authenticated views.

Added

• Save to Photos (iOS) — Shared gallery photos now show a Save button on iPhone and Android that opens the native share sheet, making it easy to save images directly to your Photos app instead of the Downloads folder.

• Shared Gallery Subfolder Navigation — Shared galleries now display subfolders when a parent folder is shared. Viewers can browse into subfolders, see breadcrumb navigation, and navigate back up — matching the authenticated gallery experience.

• Print Store — Agency-plan photographers can now sell prints directly from shared galleries. Clients select a product and size, enter shipping details, and pay with a card. Orders are automatically submitted to the print lab for fulfillment, with email notifications for order confirmation and shipping.
• Stripe Connect Onboarding — Photographers connect their own Stripe account to receive print sale earnings directly, minus a platform commission.
• Print Store Dashboard — Manage your print store from a new sidebar page: connect Stripe, enable/disable the store, set product pricing, and track orders.
• Print Ordering on Share Links — New “Print ordering” toggle on share links lets photographers control which galleries offer prints.

• Folder Delete Feedback — Deleting a folder now shows a toast notification and grays out the folder while the operation is in progress, so you know it's working.
• Upload Error Notifications — Failed photo uploads now show a visible error toast instead of failing silently.

• AI Auto-Tagging — Every uploaded photo is automatically analyzed with Google Cloud Vision to detect labels, dominant colors, and content classification. Tags appear on each photo and are fully searchable.
• Smart Search — Search across all folders by tag. Finds both manual and AI-generated tags instantly, so you can locate any photo in your library by what's in it.
• AI Tags Usage Tracking — Monitor your monthly AI tagging usage on the Account page. Pro plans include 500 tags/month, Agency plans include 2,000 tags/month.

• Video Delivery — Upload and stream video files (MP4, MOV) alongside your photos. Available as a $5/mo add-on for Pro and Agency plans with 5 GB of video storage and HLS streaming playback powered by Mux.
