By accessing or using sharable.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.
You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload. By using sharable.art, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., generating thumbnails, serving files to authorized viewers).
You agree not to use sharable.art to:
When you create a shareable link, you are responsible for managing access. Password-protected links are encrypted, but you should share passwords through secure channels. We are not responsible for content accessed through links you distribute.
We may impose reasonable storage limits per account. If limits change, we will provide advance notice and allow time to adjust your usage.
sharable.art is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your content will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export your files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handcraft Code LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
