sharable.art is operated by Handcraft Code LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account information: name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up (including via Google OAuth).
Content & metadata: photos you upload along with any embedded EXIF metadata (camera model, date taken, GPS coordinates if present). You can strip metadata before uploading if you prefer.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic device information (browser type, screen size) to help us improve the service.
We do not sell your personal data.
Shared links: when you create a shareable link, anyone with the link (and password, if set) can view the shared content. We do not control how recipients use what they access.
Third-party services: we use Google OAuth for authentication and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and storage. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
Your content is stored on encrypted-at-rest infrastructure. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.
Your content is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to an additional 30 days before automatic purging.

sharable.art is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
